摘 要: | 采用高氯酸-硝酸-磷酸-氢氟酸-盐酸混合消解样品,应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对区域地球化学样品中B、Ba、Be、Co、Cr、Cu、La、Li、Mn、Mo、Ni、Pb、Sr、Ti、V、W、Y、Zn共18种微量元素进行了测定。经国家标准物质分析验证,明确了各元素的方法检出限以及方法测定下限。通过与新疆地区岩石以及水系沉积物背景平均值进行比较,明确了新疆区域地球化学样品中的Mo、Pb、W 3种元素须选用检测限更低的方法进行测试。

Simultaneous determination of samples in regional geochemical survey by ICP-OES |

Abstract: | Digested with the mixed acids of perchloric-nitric-phosphoric-hydrofluoric-hydrochloric acids, the samples in regional geochemical survey are determined by the Inductively Coupled Plasma -Optical Emission Spectrometry. In the process,18 elements including B,Ba,Be,Co,Cr,Cu,La,Li,Mn,Mo,Ni,Pb,Sr,Ti,V,W,Y and Zn would be determined. Verified by national reference substance,the detection limits and determination limits are de-termined. Compared with the average background values of elements in rocks and stream sediments in Xinjiang,it is found that the 3 elements of Mo,Pb and W should be analyzed by another method with lower detection limits. |
