摘    要:针对胜利油田有限公司孤东油田套管变形井日益增多 ,而采用其他防砂工艺防砂效果不理想的问题 ,开发了一种小直径双层激光割缝内充填滤砂筛管。这种防砂管是在双层割缝筛管间充填好与地层砂配伍的石英砂 ,能有效阻挡地层砂流入井筒 ,同时又保证了防砂管有一定的渗透性能。由于其直径较小 ,适用于缩径井 ,也适用于普通直井和斜井。 7口井的试验表明 ,这种防砂筛管能阻挡 0 0 5mm的砂 ,渗透性较好 ,可满足油井产液的要求。

Abstract:The Common sand control technology is inapplicable for casing distortion wells in Gudong oilfield, Shengli. A small diameter double-layer laser-cutting screen tube filled with sand is developed. The quartz sand matched with the sand of the reservoir is filled in the new double-layer laser-cutting screen tube to prevent the reservoir sand from flowing into the well and to assure the penetrability of the screen tube. The new screen tube is suitable for use in diameter-reducing wells, conventional vertical wells and slant wells. The test results of seven wells show that the sand less than 0.05mm in diameter can be controlled and the penetrability of the screen tube is good.
