Abstract:Overall plans are essential to build station network. Both quantity and quality should be taken into consideration. Enlargement of network can be implemented through various ways such as purchasing, joint - venture, tenancy, obtaining license and building new stations. Innovative system, technology and marketing are integral parts for oil distributing companies to enhance their network.
