摘    要:以介孔材料SBA-15为载体,以γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)为修饰剂,在SBA-15孔道表面接枝氨基,采用络合-化学还原法合成了介孔载银无机抗菌剂。优选分散剂和黏合剂,采用浸轧工艺对棉织物进行抗菌整理。透射电镜(TEM)和能量散射谱(EDS)分析表明,介孔材料SBA-15表面成功接枝氨基,孔道内成功负载抗菌组分银;抗菌测试表明,抗菌棉织物经20次洗涤后,杀菌率可达98%以上;白度测试表明,防变色整理可有效改善载银棉织物的白度。

Abstract:Amino group is grafted on mesoporous silica SBA-15 with modifier APTES.The silver-containing mesoporpus silica inorganic antibacterial agent is prepared by complexation-chemical reduction.The dispersing agent and adhesive is optimized and the padding process is applied to cotton finishing.The results of TEM and EDS show that amino groups are successful grafted on SBA-15,and Ag species are located in the silica channels.Antibacterial tests show that sterilizing rate of antimicrobial cotton fabric after 20 la...
