| 摘 要： | 简要阐述了现关口局建设模式存在的问题;以某电信运营商网络为例,通过对网络结构现状、综合关口局建设基本思路及比较优势、建设方案及其比较、话路组织及话务承载的介绍,详细论述了综合关口局建设方案的基本内涵及适用场合,并提出了实施过程中需注意的有关问题。
