| 摘 要： | 城市建设规模的迅速发展,对规划业务资料和建设信息的科学性、公开性、现势性、完整性和流通性要求不断加强,传统的手工管理方式已不能适应现代规划管理的需求,实施规划管理办公自动化、建立规划管理信息系统已成为必然趋势。本文以漳州市规划管理信息系统建设为例,探讨了如何利用G IS技术建立规划管理系统,实现规划管理的科学化、现代化和自动化。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the scale of urban construction,it is continuous strengthened to the requirement for science,openness,integrity and liquidity of the information of business and construction.The traditional manual management methods can not meet the needs of modern planning management.It is an inevitable trend to implement the planning management office automation and establish the Planning Management Information System.Taking the construction of Zhangzhou Planning Management Information System,this paper elaborated how to construct Planning Management Information System using GIS to implement scientization、modernization、automation of planning management. |
