| Abstract: | The paper discusses the ecological structure changes, the speciality of ecological environment and its main contradictions in Tianjin. It raises the importance of planning in ecological management and protection,and points out that enforcing the system of across- region job responsibility and establishing consummate regulations are the important ways for Tianjin sustainable development. |
