| 摘 要： | 针对2004年荆州电网无功电压状况，分析了电网电压运行水平及无功平衡情况，指出目前无功电压存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决措施和建议，最后对荆州电网无功电压的运行与控制进行了展望。

| Abstract: | In connection with the current state of reactive power and voltage of Jingzhou Power System in 2004,the voltage level and the reactive power balance were analyzed,the existing problem with reactive power and voltage was pointed out and the resolving measure was raised.The prospect of the control of reactive power and voltage of Jingzhou Power System was presented as well. |
