摘    要:采用反相高效液相色谱法对30%吡蚜·异丙威可湿性粉剂中吡蚜酮和异丙威进行定量测定。结果表明,该方法中吡蚜酮和异丙威的变异系数分别为0.49%、0.15%,标准偏差为0.05、0.03,平均回收率为99.90%、100.06%,线性相关系数均为0.9999。

Abstract:The quantitative analysis of pymetrozine and isoprocarb in 30% pymetrozine+isoprocarb WP by HPLC was introduced.The results showed that the variation coefficient was 0.49% and 0.15%,the standard deviation was 0.05 and 0.03,the average recovery was 99.90% and 100.06%,the linear correlation was 0.999 9 and 0.999 9,respectively.
