改性苯丙乳液的制备

摘    要:制备了环氧改性苯丙乳液。对产品进行了红外光谱检测,证明环氧树脂参与了反应;粒径测试结果表明,乳胶粒平均粒径为123nm,84%的粒子处于91nm至160nm之间;测试了乳液的基本性能;讨论了乳化体系及环氧树脂含量对实验的影响。

Abstract:Modified styrene-acrylic emulsion was prepared. FT-IR spectra of the emulsion demonstrated that epoxy involved in the reaction; Particle size analysis showed that the mean particle diameter was 123 nm and 84 % was between 91 nm and 160 nm; Also fundamental performance was tested.
