| 摘 要： | 在全面了解带近似直线段连杆曲线的基础上,利用连杆曲线的形态特征设计了几种间歇机构:有的行程和回程具有相同运动规律,有的是大行程并带有急回特性的短时停歇运动机构,还有小行程、等时停歇的运动机构.其中等时停歇机构是利用连杆曲线自切鲍尔点的特殊性实现的.由于四连杆机构中与直线四点密切的连杆曲线极易求解,使连杆机构能够替代凸轮机构成为可能,从而实现满足各种运动规律要求的间歇运动.

| Abstract: | On the basis of complete understanding to coupler curve with approximation straight line,it designs several types of intermittent motion mechanism by utilizing the features of coupler curve.Among them,there are the same regularity of movement in journey and backhaul,short-time intermittent motion mechanism and the feature of quick-return with long displacement,as well as the mechanism with short displacement and mean down time kinematics.The latter is materialized by the specialty of coupler curve of oneself contacts Ball's point.Because coupler curve with an approximation straight line easily solved,the intermittent motion comes to be materialized in substitution the cam mechanism for the linkage mechanisms. |
