热敏电阻涂胶机自动压紧装置设计

摘    要:针对热敏电阻自动涂胶机自动涂胶过程中电阻板的移位问题,在分析热敏电阻涂胶工艺的基础上,根据涂胶过程对压紧装置的要求,设计了一种适用于自动涂胶机的自动化压紧装置。给出了自动压紧装置的气动回路,定义了PLC的I/O口,编制了梯形图程序并制作了样机。样机调试结果表明:该自动压紧装置结构简单,工作可靠,制造成本低,较好地解决了涂胶过程中的电阻板移位问题。

Abstract:To solve the problem of the displacement of the resistance plate in the process of automatic coating of thermistor automatic coating machine, automatic clamping device was designed for automatic coating machine based on the analysis of thermal resistance coating technology and the requirement of coating process to pressing device. The automatic pneumatic circuit of the clamping device was put forward, the PLC I/O ports were defined, the ladder diagram was programmed and a prototype was made. The prototype debugging results show that the auto pressing device has the features like simple structure, reliable operation, low manufacture cost, so the plate displacement problem in coating is solved better.
