吡啶碱化合物合成研究

摘    要:采用传统的乙醛和氨合成吡啶的工艺路线 ,对无定型催化剂进行了较为系统的研究 ,优选了SiO2 和Al2 O3的最优配比 ,当SiO2 ∶Al2 O3为 85∶15 (m /m)时 ,反应有最高的收率 ,在此骨架上用浸渍法负载钴、镍、镉、银等各种过渡金属氧化物 ,筛选了合适的添加剂组分和添加量。实验结果表明 ,金属氧化物的负载量在 3%左右时 ,反应有最高的收率。当SiO2 Al2 O3骨架负载钴氧化物时 ,反应温度在 35 0℃左右 ,比文献报导的 4 2 0℃降低较多 ,吡啶碱总收率可达 75 %以上

Abstract:The non crystal catalysts were systematically studied via traditional technological route of synthesis of pyridine bases using acetaldehyde and ammonia as raw materials. The optimum ratio of silica to alumina has been determined. The reaction had the highest yield when ratio of silica to alumina was 85∶15. Various oxides of metal such as cobalt, nickel, cadmium, silver, etc. were deposited on the silica alumina framework by impregnation. The suitable composition and amount of additives were selected. Experimental results exhibited that the reaction had the highest yield when loaded amount of metal oxides was about 3%. When oxides of cobalt were loaded on silica alumina framework, the total yield of pyridine bases can reach as high as above 75%. The reaction temperature was at about 350℃ which was lower than the temperature of 420℃ reported in literature.
