| 摘 要： | 高水平精铸件产品包括航空、航天工业用涡轮叶片、叶轮,燃气轮机用叶轮,增压器涡轮,钛合金精铸件以及大型薄壁复杂铝合金铸件等.这一类精铸件的共同特点是工艺难度大、质量要求高、附加值高.近20多年来,在引进国外先进技术和装备的基础上,我国高水平精铸件生产得到快速发展,其工艺水平和产品质量均有大幅提高.并介绍了我国相关企业的生产与技术近况.

| Abstract: | Precision castings with high precision and quality include turbine blade and impeller for aerospace and aviation, gasturbine impeller,booster impeller,Ti alloy castings as well as large complex thin-walled aluminum alloy castings,whose common features are high difficulties in processing and high quality and high value-addition.The production of precision castings with high precision and high quality were rapidly developed based on the introduction of advanced technology and equipment in last two decades.And the technology and product quality can be significantly improved. |
