摘    要:高校后勤的社会化改革 ,使高校餐饮面临着机遇和挑战 ,为满足高校师生的餐饮需求 ,特别是大学生不断变化、提高的餐饮需求 ,高校餐饮企业应针对高校餐饮的具体特点采取相应措施 ,从整体上做好结构性调整 ,以应对新的形势

Abstract:With the reform of the rear-service socialization in higher educational institutions the catering service is facing both opportunity and challenge. In order to satisfy the requirements of teachers and students for the catering service, especially the continuous change and the heightening requirements of the students for catering service, in accordance with concrete catering characteristics, the catering business in higher educational institutions should take corresponding measures to conduct appropriate structural adjustment from the view of it as a whole, so as to deal with the new situation.
