摘    要:压电比例阀是一种新型气动阀,轴控是以列车单轴作为基本控制对象.为提高系统的可靠性,从系统架构出发,分析了轴控制动系统的冗余设计方案;以制动单元为对象,建立了车控制动单元和轴控制动单元的广义随机Petri网(GSPN)的可靠性模型,对两个系统稳态的可靠性进行了对比,为制动系统的进一步完善提供了可靠的数学模型.

Abstract:The piezoelectric proportional valve is a new type of pneumatic valve,axle control regards the single axle as the basic control object.From the architecture of the system,the redundant design of the axle control brake system is analyzed to improve the system reliability.Based on the brake unit,the reliability model of the vehicle control and axle control brake system of generalized stochastic Petri net(GSPN) is established and the reliability of the system steadiness is compared,which provides reliable mathematical model to improve the brake control system.
