An Analysis of Employee Motivation

This article presents the results of a survey that was designed to measure the attitude of employees toward the various phases of industrial quality motivation programs. This study was conducted with three categories of employees (engineers, factory workers, and supervisors), and the data are analyzed to determine the group attitudes as well as where and why significant differences in attitudes occur between the groups.
