近红外光谱分析技术在玉米品质分析中的研究进展

近红外光谱分析具有速度快、不破坏样品、操作简单、稳定性好、效率高、无污染和成本低等特点,是一种高效快速的现代分析技术.本文介绍了近红外光谱分析技术的原理、特点和分析程序,综述了近红外光谱分析技术在玉米品质(水分、蛋白质、、脂肪、淀粉、直链淀粉、氨基酸和矿物质含量)、玉米青贮饲料质量(干物质、灰分、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维以及体外干物质消化率)以及转基因玉米快速分析中的应用,展望了近红外光谱分析技术的应用前景.

Application of Near-Infrared Spectroscopy Technique for Maize Quality Analysis

Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) analysis with features of fast,sample non-destruct,simple operation,high efficiency,non-pollution and low cost,is a highly efficient and modern analysis technique.The principle and features of NIRS are briefly introduced in this paper.The applications of NIRS in corn quality analysis (indexes including moisture,protein,fat,starch,amylose,amino acids and mineral content).corn silage quality a-nalysis (dry matter,ash,acid detergent fiber,neutral detergent fibers and in vitro dry matter digestibility) and rapid detection of genetically modified corn are reviewed.Further application prospect is presented.
