含P507的胶质液态泡沫、微胶囊和萃淋树脂萃取稀土的研究

摘    要:制备了包含P507((2 乙基己基)膦酸单(2 乙基己基)酯)的胶质液态泡沫和微胶囊,并用于萃取稀土离子Y3+、Nd3+、Yb3+。测定了胶质液态泡沫、萃淋树脂的饱和萃取容量、分配系数及酸度对分配系数的影响。测定了胶质液态泡沫萃取不同稀土离子的渗透系数,并用渗透系数比较了含P507的胶质液态泡沫、微胶囊、萃淋树脂萃取稀土离子的传质顺序为:微胶囊>萃淋树脂>胶质液态泡沫。

Abstract:The extraction of rare earth metals(Y,Yband Nd) by colloid liquid aphron(CLA), microcapsule and ionexchange resin containning P507 has been investigated. The adsorption capacities of resin and CLA,the distribution coefficients and the effects of acidity on extraction rate have been determined. The results indicate that the permeability coefficients increase with the decreasing of acidity. The magnitude of permeability coefficients decreases in the order:microcapsule>resin>CLA
