芒秆表皮层的SEM-EDAX研究

摘    要:用SEM-EDAX法研究芒秆茎部表皮层的结构及元素组成,并对茎部纤维、薄壁细胞及叶部的元素组成进行测定。结果表明,芒秆茎杆表皮层的外表面仅由C、O、Si、K等元素组成,Si含量高达60%,Si的粒度小且分布较均匀;表皮层是由C、O、Si、Al、Ca、K、Fe、Na等元素构成的结构复杂的复合材料层,外层角化程度较高,Si含量较低;时丑的角化程度较低,但Si含量最高。表皮层的结构及形成机理有待进一步研究。薄壁细胞及叶部中含矿质元素的种类最多,含量也高,宜在备料时尽量除去以提高原料含量。

Abstract:By means of SEM_EDAX,the structure and elements of the cuticle of the Miscan stem are studied.So are the elements of the stem fibre,the parenchyma cell and the leaf.The results show that,except for the element of H,the surface layer of the cuticle consists of four elements,i.e.C,O,Si and K.The well distributed silica is more than 60% of the total weight.The cuticle composed with about eight sorts of elements,such as C,O,Si,Al,Ca and K,Fe,Na etc,is a complicatied compound material.The outer layer of the cuticle is the highest cuticulayization but a slight lower Si content,the inner layer is contrary to the outer one.The formation mechanism of the cuticle should be further studied.With an enhanced pretreatment of raw material the parenchymas and the leaves can be removed substantially,resulting in an obvious decrease of the mineral elements in the pretreated raw material.
