| 摘 要： | 描述了煤气化炉在运行过程中,因内衬耐火层损坏导致炉顶烧损,通过对顶部封头材料进行无损检测、金相检查、硬度测试等确定了具体烧损范围,由此制定了通过加大顶部法兰底部直径进行更换的修理方案并实施,使设备恢复了正常运行.

| Abstract: | In this article,the destruction,which was resulted from the damage of inner insulator,occurred in coal gasifier was described.Based on the results of NDT,metallurgical examination and hardness test,the scope of destruction was determined.Then the repair plan,in which top flange is changed with larger diameter scope,was made and implemented,and the gasifier was recovered for normal operation. |
