汽轮机主蒸汽管道的多工况应力分析

摘    要:利用管道应力分析软件CAESAR Ⅱ针对汽轮机主蒸汽管道进行多工况应力分析,通过对操作工况、设计工况、暖管1工况、暖管2工况、安装工况等多种工况进行模拟与计算,得出了汽轮机主蒸汽管道的最恶劣工况为汽轮机冲转前的暖管2工况,该工况的提出与应力分析方法对深入探索汽轮机蒸汽管道的布置具有一定的借鉴意义.

Abstract:By using piping stress analysis software CAESAR Ⅱ,stress analysis for the main steam piping connected to one turbine under multi conditions were carried out.From the results of the simulation and calculation for the conditions of design,warming piping I,warming piping Ⅱ and installation,it was concluded that the most severe condition is that of warming piping Ⅱ.The illustration of this condition and the stress analysis used in this article may be referenced in further study of the arrangement of main steam piping connected to turbine.
