| 摘 要： | 催化主风机组日常运行中轴瓦温度持续偏高,通过对影响主风机组轴瓦温度的各种因素进行逐项分析,查找出问题原因,制定日常操作运行方案,最终在检修中确认故障原因为轴瓦间隙不合适所致,并予以消除,为以后类似故障处理提供了经验.

| Abstract: | In normal operation of blower machine set used in catalyzing process,the temperature of bearing bush is continuously high.Every factor which may cause this phenomenon was analyzed,it was found finally from repair process that the fault was caused from improper gap in bearing bush.And then this gap was adjusted,which provides experience for treating the similar faults later. |
