横向型膨胀节考虑摩擦刚度时的迭代计算

摘    要:介绍了横向型膨胀节的分类,对国外厂家膨胀节样本中给出的摩擦刚度进行比较,分析了单式拉杆,复式拉杆,铰链或万向铰型膨胀节考虑摩擦刚度时的迭代计算方法,总结膨胀节刚度是否考虑摩擦将会对管道应力分析结果产生影响.

Abstract:In this article,the classification of lateral expansion joint was introduced.The friction stiffness provided in expansion joint product brochure by foreign manufacturer was compared.The iterative calculation methods,in which friction stiffness is taken into account,for single-rod,multi-rod,hinged and universal hinged expansion joints were analyzed.It was concluded that whether friction is considered in the calculation of expansion joint stiffness will have the influences on the results of stress analysis of piping.
