Cr12MoV与65Cr4W3Mo2VNb钢制冲齿模的失效分析

摘    要:由自行车飞轮冲齿模的失效分析结果表明,Cr12MoV钢中所存在的严重碳化物不均匀性诱发了裂纹的产生,导致了模具多在低周疲劳状态下发生断裂失效;而65Cr4W3Mo2VNb钢中的碳化物呈弥散分布,模具主要呈磨损失效,所以,使用寿命较高。

Abstract:The analysis results of the failure of punching tooth die for bike flywheel showed that the ununiform distribution of carbide in s teel Cr12MoV introduced the crack origination and the low\|cycle fatigue rupture failure of die; and the fine\|disperse distribution of carbide in steel 65Cr4W3Mo2VNb resulted in wear failure and higher service life of die.
