| 摘 要： | 节能住宅的发展对我国经济和社会的发展具有重要的效益。该文通过分析节能住宅的利益相关方，指出了住宅节能的受益主体的广泛性。并运用经济学的外部性原理，建立了效益量化模型。对政府制定节能住宅产业政策具有参考价值。

| Abstract: | The development of residential energy efficiency is quite important for China's economic and social effectiveness.This paper analyzes the energy-saving housing stakeholders,pointed out the main benefits of residential energy housing in a wide range.And apply the housing energy conservation principle,established a quantitative model of efficiency.Thus,the paper develops a policy framework to promote the residential energy efficiency in China. |
