评估系统在短期负荷预测模型中的应用

摘    要:目前的短期负荷预测大多采用组合预测方法,组合预测模型的优点是将多个电力系统负荷预测模型有机的结合起来,深入地研究了该方法的实现和应用原理,提出进一步放宽组合预测模型权重不等式约束的条件,并给出理论根据,应用评估系统理论确定了各个时间点的组合预测模型的权值取值.

Abstract:At present,short-term load forecasting usually adopts combination forecasting method.The advantage of combination forecasting model is combining organically many load forecasting models of power system.Deep researches the realization and application principle of this method,proposes that should extend the weight inequality restriction condition of combination forecasting model,and gives the theoretical foundation.Confirms the weight value of combination forecasting model in every time point with evaluation system theory.
