| 摘 要： | 介绍了电镀黑镍的原理,给出了分别适用于钢铁及黄铜基体的工艺流程及配方,阐述了镀液中各组分的作用,描述了常见故障(如镀层出现条纹、起皮、粗糙等)的产生原因及其解决方法,指出了操作过程中应注意的问题.

| Abstract: | The principle of black Ni plating was introduced. The process flow and bath formulation were given for ion/steel and brass substrates,respectively. The role of individual component in plating bath was expatiated. The causes and solutions for common problems,such as striped deposit,peeling and coarseness,were described. Some points regarding the operation were noted. |
