| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于特征的视频质量客观测量方法，给出了一种利用时空和颜色特征实现的视频质量客观测量方法（OVQM）。实验结果表明，在测量压缩损伤方面，OVQM比MSE具有更大的优势。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the feature-based objective video quality measurement method and presents an objective video quality metric(OVQM) using the spatial-temporal and color information.
