铁矿球团适宜MgO/SiO2比值的试验研究

摘    要:在实验室条件下对不同MgO/SiO2比值(0.044、0.380、0.540)的酸性球团进行试验研究。试验结果表明,随着MgO含量的增加,球团矿低温还原粉化率指标有所改善,还原膨胀指数明显降低,球团矿的软融开始温度提高、软化区间变窄。当球团矿MgO/SiO2为0.45—0.55时,其高温冶金性能改善。

Abstract:Experimental study on acid pellets with different MgO/SiO2 (0.044,0.38,0.54) ratio under the condition of laboratory has been carried out. The results show that the reduction degradation index at low temperature has been improved with MgO content increasing, the reduction expansion index is lowered obviously and initial softening temperature and softening region of pellets become higher and smaller respectively. Its metallurgical properties at high temperature are improved when the MgO/SiO2 ratio of pellets change from 0.45 to 0.55.
