| 摘 要： | 风险是企业经营中经常遇到的问题，怎样面对风险，需要我们研究探讨。试图通过对风险的形式及来源进行分析，从财务管理的角度加强风险衡量、完善计量指标、多元化经营，建立财务风险机制，使企业树立正确的风险意识，并将其运用在生产经营管理之中。

After analyzing the form and source of risks, this paper tries to help enterprises to establish and implement proper risk consciousness in production and management by means of strengthening measures against risk, perfecting measuring index, multi-managing, setting up financial risk mechanism. |
