液滴特性对气液两相喷嘴效率影响的研究

摘    要:从液体特性对两相喷嘴效率影响方面考虑,研究了一种两相喷嘴的流动模型-液体热传递模型,该模型能够完全描述两相混合物在喷嘴中的无摩擦流动情况。用VB软件就该影响进行了数值模拟,模拟结果显示液滴特性中的液滴破碎对两相喷嘴的效率影响是很大的,而液滴拉力系数和液滴热传递系数对两相喷嘴效率的影响较低,液体的比热越大,两相喷嘴的效率越低,而液体的表面张力或密度越低,两相喷嘴的效率越高。同时,对用该模型所设计的空气/水和空气/DTA两相喷嘴分别进行了实验测试,测试结果与理论模拟能够较好的吻合。

Abstract:A flow model with droplet heat transfer of two-phase gas/liquid nozzle was investigated in terms of the effect of droplet characteristics on the efficiency of two-phase gas/liquid nozzle.The flow behavior of gas/liquid mixture in the two-phase nozzle can be described completely.By means of VB software,the numerical simulation was carried out,and the results indicated that the droplets breakout have a bigger effect on two-phase nozzle's efficiency,whereas the effect of droplets drag coefficient is small Relatively.The results also showed that the bigger the liquid specific heat,the smaller the nozzle efficiency,and the small surface tension or density of droplets has high nozzle efficiency.In order to verify this,two-phase air/water nozzle and air/DTA nozzle which were designed by the model were tested,the results show good agree with the simulation.
