With the raft foundation concrete construction of Henghe hotel main building project in Shihezi as an example,aiming at the difficult points of this project,the thesis put forward effective control measures from the aspects of raw material,operational condition,construction process,maintenance,insulation etc.,so as to ensure winter construction quality of large concrete in volume of this project and accumulate experience for similar engineering.
