| 摘 要： | 本文主要阐述畜产品生产链中存在的安全生产和管理问题,包括饲料的来源、家畜的饲养管理、屠宰、加工、贮藏、运输等环节,针对各个环节的问题提出相应的解决办法,有效的促进了畜产品生产链的安全,也提高产品和服务质量要求,从而保障消费者的利益。
