| 摘 要： | 在保证城市燃气连续供应的前提下，采用现役管道不停输封堵移动技术，成功和安全地移动了上海东海天然气管线。论述了天然气管线不停输封堵技术的基本原理、施工机具、材料、封堵工艺、技术特点及注意事项，提供了可行的现役管道不停输封堵移动工程实践经历。

| Abstract: | In order to satisfy with city construction, the parts of Eest Sea Nature Gas pipelines in Shanghai should be removed. In order to ensure normally supplication of the city nature gas, it should be adopted that block technique with non - stop transportation for moving engineering of the pipeline. The article stated the block technology of Nature Gas pipelines with non- stop transportation and the characteristic of block technique of Nature Gas pipelines with non - stop transportation. |
