快充式高能镉镍电池组的研制

摘    要:根据军用通信的要求 ,研制了快充式高能镉镍电池组 ,选择AA型发泡式镉镍电池作为研究对象 ,通过优化完善活性物料的组成 ,粒度分布 ,发泡镍基板的前处理 ,电极的后处理 ,充填方法等制造工艺 ,并对负极表面进行导电处理 ,改善了负极吸收氧气的能力 ,提高了电池的快速充电性能和放电容量 ,使单体电池及电池组可用 1A电流在 1小时内无监控快速充电 ,且放电容量达到 70 0mAh以上

Abstract:According to demand of military communication,rapid-charging and high power alkaline nickel cadmium battery was prepared.AA size foamed alkaline nickel cadmium sealed rechargeable battery was chosen as object of study.With perfected manufacturing process such as component and particle distribution of active material,pre-treatment of the foamed nickel substrate,treatment of electrode,method of filling and conduction-treated on negative surface,the ability that negative absorbed oxygen was improved.The performance of rapid charge and discharge capacity were improved.Single cell and batteries with the discharge capacity greater than 700mAh could be rapid charged at 1?000mA current in 1 hour.
