城市规划师的继续教育

城市规划师的继续教育是城市建设发展的需要，是规划观念、技术更新的需要，是适应规划市场竞争的需要，是提高规划师个人能力的需要。今后，我国的城市规划师的继续教育培训应注重从“知识”型向“能力”型转变，从“概念”型向“技术”型转变，区别不同院校专业教育的差异，提高培训的针对性，加强案例分析和研究，实现人员互动，加强信息交流。

Further education for urban planners isrequired by urban construction and development,by renewal of planning idea and technique,by com-petition in the planning market and by the improve-ment of the personal competence of the plannersthemselves.In the future,focus must be shifted fromknowledge-oriented to competence-oriented andfrom concept-oriented to technique-oriented infurther education and training for planners in China.Emphasis must be made on the difference in pro-fessional education for different colleges and uni-versities so as to improve the pertinency in training,strengthen case study and research,realize per-sonal interaction and enhance informationexchange.
