| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了以甲苯、浓硫酸和液碱等为原料生产对甲苯磺酸钠的生产工艺 ,并对传统的甲苯液相磺化工艺进行了改进 ,提出了工业化生产过程中的设备选型及操作工艺条件。应用该工艺生产对甲苯磺酸钠基本无废酸生成 ,产品的活性物含量达 80 %以上。此外 ,本文还对产品的经济效益进行了分析。

| Abstract: | This paper discribed production technology of sodium ptoluenesulfonate from toluene , sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide etc. The type of equipment and technical condition for the commercial manufacture are proposed. There is no waste acid in the process, and the content of active constituent is heigher than 80%. In addition, the economic value of the product is analysed. |
