浅谈钻井工程监督工作

有效的钻井工程监督能较好地保证钻井施工过程中速度和效益的有机结合,是保证钻井施工质量的最有效、最直接的方式,对控制和保证质量起关键性作用,是履行HSE承诺,实现HSE管理的有力保证。目前监督工作存在着监督工作职责范围呈蔓延趋势、监督人员能力与水平参差不齐、对监督工作的重要性认识缺失、监督待遇低、监督队伍不稳定等问题。要提高监督工作科学化管理水平,就必须进一步完善监督管理体制、加强对监督人员的培训、提高监督人员的待遇。要做好钻井工程监督工作,就必须掌握监督工作的重点;明确清晰的监督工作内容;严格执行监督工作制度,坚持监督工作原则;切实改进和提高监督力。

On the Work of Drilling Engineering Supervision

Effective drilling engineering supervision, ensuring that operational speed can integrate with benefits organi- cally, is the most effective and direct way to guarantee drilling quality and a strong guarantee to implementing the commitment and management of HSE. In the current supervision work, there are some problems： supervisory re- sponsibility range is spreading; supervisors have different abilities and levels and lack understanding to the impor- tance of the work and in addition, they have low pay, which leads to instability of the team. Improving scientific management of supervisory work requires further perfecting the management system, strengthening the training of supervisors and increasing their treatment. In the process of drilling engineering supervision, the supervisors must grasp key point of the work, define the content of the work, enforce strictly working system, insist on the working principles and improve supervisory force.
