加氢反应器模糊可靠性优化设计

摘    要:模糊可靠性优化设计理论应用到加氢反应器设计中, 以反应器壳体金属消耗量最低为设计目标, 既能发挥常规优化设计的特点, 又能充分考虑设计参数的随机性和设计边界的模糊性。对一台加氢反应器进行模糊可靠性优化设计, 优化前后的两种结果相对比, 可以看出优化后的壁厚比原设计壁厚有一定的减少, 优化后的质量比原设计质量可以减轻9 .4 %左右, 优化结果充分显示这样的设计更符合实际、更合理、更科学。这种设计理论也可应用于其它压力容器设计当中。

Abstract:The fuzzy reliability optimal design was applied in the design of hydrogenation reactors. Taking minimizing metal consumption of the reactor hull body as the design objective, the characteristics of normal optimal design can be exerted, and the randomness of design parameters and the fuzziness of design boundary can be taken fully into account. A hydrogenation reactor was designed for the fuzzy reliabiiity optimization. Through comparison of results before and after optimization, the optimal wall thickness is smaller than original design thickness. The optimal weight is reduced by 9.4 % or so. Optimal resuhs show that such a design is more practical,more reasonable, and more scientific. The design theory also can be applied in the other pressure container design.
