基于物联网技术智慧社区快递最后一公里的运营模式思考

此文通过对智慧社区、物联网技术的研究,及快递最后一公里的重要性和现状的分析,提出基于物联网技术智慧社区快递最后一公里运营模式。该运营模式通过与智慧社区资源共享,提供智能化的最后一公里服务的运营模式,解决了快递行业的＂老大难＂问题,一方面为快递业节省了大量的投资成本和运营成本,另一方面也为物业管理方提供了新的创收模式;既实现了双方共赢的目标,又提高了社区居民的幸福指数,符合智慧城市的长远建设目标。

This paper proposes the express last kilometer operation mode which based on Interact of things technology and intelligent community through to the research of the intelligent community and Internet of things technology, the analysis of the importance and express the last kilometer and the status quo. The operation mode which solves the problem of the express industry ＂persistent＂, by sharing the intelligence community resource and providing the intelligent last mile service. On the one hand, the operation mode saves a large amount of investment cost for express delivery industry; On the other hand, it also provides the new revenue models for property management. In conclusion,the operation mode achieves the goal of win-win both sides, improves the community residents＇ happiness index, accords the long-term goal of building smart cities.
