椭圆形大跨度钢管桁架结构施工技术

摘    要:漳州奥林匹克体育中心游泳跳水馆工程,建筑结构为钢筋砼结构+钢桁架结构,本工程分为A、B、C三个区,A、B区平面形状近椭圆,C区为、B的连接区。本文主要介绍A区椭圆形大跨度钢管桁架结构施工技术,A区屋盖结构为桁架结构,屋盖长轴方向轴线长度为109.12m,短轴方向轴线长度为73.591m,屋盖最高点处标高为32.267m,屋盖主桁架为三角格构式桁架,截面高度为4904mm,次桁架为平面桁架。主桁架最大跨度为73.6m,单榀重量约76吨,分两段进行,分段处设格构式钢管临时支撑架,高空对接。

Abstract:The construction structure of diving hall project in Zhangzhou sports center is reinforced concrete + steel pipe truss. The project is divided into A,B,C three parts The plane of parts A and B is like a oval. Part C is connecting to part B. This article introduces the construction technology of oval large span steel pipe truss structure using in part A. In part A,the roof is truss structure. The length of the roof longitudinal axis is 109. 12 m,and the short axis is 73.59 m. The highest point of elevation of the roof is 32. 267 m. The main truss of the roof is triangular lattice,its section height is 4904 mm The secondary truss is plane truss. The largest span of the main truss is 73. 6 m. The weight of single span is about 76 t. and it is connecting in high altitude by two sections. The lattice steel pipe is used as temporary support between two sections.
