| 摘 要： | 论述了加强建筑工程质量管理的重要性，指出要提高建筑工程质量，首先必须做好工程的勘察和设计；其次，业主，设计，施工，监理等各方的协作是保证质量的前景；另外，还要规范监理行为，加强监理队伍的素质建设，做好工序分项工程签证工作，搞好技术创新。

| Abstract: | The importance of intensifying architecture project quality management is discussed. And the paper points out that three related points are key to improve architecture quality. Generally speaking they involve in the following aspect: 1) doing better survey and design of project; 2) harmonizing the relation of owner, designer, construction personnel and supervision personnel; 3) normalizing supervision behavior and intensifying supervision team quality establishment; 4) doing better sign work of every procedure and technology innovation. |
