摘    要:分析了带有伴热管的埋地输油管道的几何特性,建立了数学模型,并采用有限单元法对管道周围土壤的二维非稳态温度场进行了数值计算,同时对输油管与伴热管上部未设保温板的情况进行了计算。结果表明,输油管与伴热管上部加保温板有助于保持输油管的温度。改变输油管和伴热管之间间距、管道埋设深度,得到各自土壤的温度场分布,表明缩小输油管和伴热管间距,能够提高伴热管传热效率。在给定的运行参数下,输油管埋深1.5m是比较合适的设计尺寸。

Abstract:The geometrical properties of the pipeline with heating tracer were analyzed,the mathematics model was set up and the two-dimensional,an unstable temperature field of soil around the pipelines was numerically calculated by using the finite element method.The temperature fields were calculated when an insulation board was not set on the pipeline and heating tracer.The results show that the insulation board is benefit to maintain the temperature of pipelines.The temperature fields of the soil were obtained when the spacing of the pipeline and heating tracer,the depth of the pipeline and heating tracer were modified.Increasing the spacing can enhance the heat transfer efficiency of heating tracer. With the given operational parameter,1.5 m underground the soil is the proper depth of the pipeline.
