| 摘 要： | 大量的泥沙淤积在下游河道，河床逐渐淤高，是渭河下游水患威胁严重的根本原因。堤防质量差、河道整治工程不完善、河势多变和南山支流排洪通道不畅等是渭河下游防洪存在的主要问题。针对这些问题，提出加高加固防洪大堤、加强河道整治工程和控制潼关高程等防洪对策。

| Abstract: | A great quantity of sediment deposited on the lower river course and riverbed gradually raised and suspended is the essential reason of severe threatening of floods in the lower Weihe River. Poor quality of dykes, uncompleted river training works, changeable river pattern and frequent flooding happened in the Nanshan tributary are the key existing problems for flood control in the lower Weihe River. Based on analysis of the above issues, the paper puts forward flood control countermeasures of heightening and reinforcing dykes, strengthening river training works, building Dongzhuang Reservoir and controlling Tongguan elevation. |
