激光直径仪微机在线测控系统

摘    要:研制微机在线测控系统用于非接触激光直径仪.用这一系统对激光光电传感器CCD的输出信号进行直径的在线测量,具有实时测量、显示、闭环控制、通讯及打印等功能.文中介绍了直径非线性修正的方法及闭环控制算法,给出了系统的硬件原理图及软件框图.现场运行结果表明,该系统测量精度高,实时性好,闭环控制易于实现,运行稳定可靠.

Abstract:The on line monitor and control system with microcontroller is designed for the non touching laser diameter meter in this paper.This system can measure the output signal of the laser photo electricity sensor CCD,and has a lot of functions,such as measure and display the diameter on real time,closed loop control,communication,print and so on.The amending methods of diameter non linearity and the algorithm of closed loop control are introduced.The schematic diagram of a hardware and the flow of a software of the system are presented.The running result shows that the system has high measurement precision,fine feature of real time,simple realization of closed loop control,stability and reliability.
