Abstract:In this experiment, the fully pi-conjugated dendrimers, especially those with N, have been comprehensively analyzed by the matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS). The result showed that the most suitable matrixes for this kind of molecules are CCA and Norharmane. The influences of the matrix concentration were also discussed. More over, we got the information about the dynamic ranges of sample concentrations from the experiment.
