连续热镀锌工艺进展与展望

摘    要:介绍了国内外近年来连续热镀锌工艺的进展及差距,主要包括热镀锌工艺方法、工艺流程和热镀锌生产线的核心设备;并进一步介绍了几种汽车用高强度镀锌钢板及应用前景.此外,针对目前热镀锌工艺存在的能源消耗量大的问题,指出应在还原工艺上进行改进和优化.

Abstract:The progress and a gap between China and abroad of continuous hot-dip galvanized process were introduced in recent years, including technological method, technological process and the core equipment of hot-dip galvanizing line; even a few of the car used high strength galvanized steel sheets and prospect were introduced. In addition, the improvement and optimization in reduction process aimed at the existing energy waste problems of the hot-dip galvani- zation were put forward.
