纳米银的制备及其在聚丙烯酸酯乳液中的应用研究

摘    要:以硝酸银、三氯化铁及聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为原料,乙二醇为溶剂成功制备了纳米银,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X射线衍射(XRD)及紫外-可见光谱(UV-vis)表征其结构及形貌.同时,采用物理共混法将纳米银引入聚丙烯酸酯乳液中,研究纳米银对聚丙烯酸酯薄膜的抗菌性能、抗静电性能及力学性能的影响.为了优化复合乳液的制备工艺,进一步考察了纳米银的形貌及用量对聚丙烯酸酯薄膜各项性能的影响.结果表明:所制备的纳米银为纳米颗粒与纳米线的混合物.获得的聚丙烯酸酯/纳米银复合薄膜的抗菌性能、抗静电性能及抗张强度均有不同程度提升.将反应温度为130℃下制得的纳米银引入到聚丙烯酸酯乳液中,成膜后的综合性能最优;且当纳米银用量为5.O%时,相较于纯聚丙烯酸酯薄膜,复合薄膜的抗菌性能提升68.67%,表面电阻率降低2个数量级.

Abstract:The nano-Ag was prepared hy using silver nitrate,ferric chloride and polyvinylpyrrolidone as materials and ethylene glycol as solvent.The structure and morphology of silver nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and UV-vis spectra(UV-vis).The nano-Ag were introduced into polyaerylate latex by physical blending method.The effect of nano-silver on the antibacterial,antislatic and mechanical properties of polyacrylate film was studied.In order to optimize the preparation of the composite latex,the effects of nano-silver morphology and dosage on the properties of the polyacrylate film were further investigated.The results show that nano-Ag is composed of Ag nanowires(AgNWs)and Ag nanoparticles(AgNPs).The antibacterial properties,antistatic properties and tensile strength of the obtained polyacrylate/nano-silver composite film are enhanced with different degree.The nano-silver prepared at 130 C is introduced into the polyacrylate emulsion and its comprehensive properties are optimized.When the amount of silver nanoparticles is 5.0%,the antibacterial property of the composite film is increased by 68.67%and the surface resistivity is reduced by two orders compared with the pure polyacrylate film.
