摘    要:同位素稀释质谱法是一种快速、灵敏、准确的定量分析方法,已广泛应用于食品分析领域。本文介绍了同位素稀释质谱法的基本原理及特点,综述了近年来同位素稀释质谱法在国内食品分析中的应用现状,指出了同位素稀释质谱法在分析检测研究中的局限性,并对其未来发展趋势进行展望。

Abstract:Isotopic dilution mass spectrometry (IDMS) is a quantitative analysis method that has been widely used in food analysis due to its rapidity, high sensitivity and accuracy. The basic principle and characteristics of isotopic dilution mass spectrometry are outlined in this article. Meanwhile, recent advances in the application of isotopic dilution mass spectrometry in food analysis in China are reviewed, and the limitations of isotopic dilution mass spectrometry in food analysis and future trends are also discussed.
